Our TwoFee structure is designed to maximize value and minimize risk. Just $99 a month, 50/50 split the first $12,000 earned in commission.

TwoFee™: How It Works...
When TwoFee agents start closing deals, half of each commission goes to the agent and half goes to Sycamore Group Associates until both parties collect $6,000 each (a total of $12,000). After the initial $6,000, TwoFee agents retain 100% of their commission! The TwoFee option is an annual plan that requires renewal each year. While the $99 a month doesn't change, TwoFee agents start over with the 50/50 split of commissions following renewal each year.
